Well, I saw the NuWave in stores, and I get to see so many products that I sort of just walked past it and didn’t think much a bout it, but then I had the opportunity to play with the NuWave, and I was so amazed with it I said ‘I have to have one.’ This one is definitely a ‘have to have one’ it’s so good. I love it, I love that darn machine, I love the NuWave. The NuWave from a chef’s perspective, and a restaurateur, and a chef instructor is genius because it uses the 3 methods that we use with big, gigantic machines, condenses those methods, and puts it in a small unit that the consumer can use at home.
